Dr Bernard Teo is a GP with special interests in dermatology, occupational medicine, and point-of-care ultrasound. Combining a background in musculoskeletal health with advanced study, Bernard is dedicated to providing unhurried, modern care for all 1Health members.

Lead Dentist BDS (Hons) (Otago)

Serving Christchurch families since 2014, Dr Jennifer prioritises honest, ethical assessments and gentle patient care. She focuses on building long-term relationships, helping patients make confident, informed decisions about their lifelong oral health and smiles.

An Otago University graduate and experienced GP Fellow, Dr Lim brings thorough, compassionate care to the 1Health team. Dedicated to patient-focused outcomes, she will be available for consultations starting 21 October 2026.

Proud to call Christchurch home since 2014, Dr Alma is committed to making every dental visit a gentle, stress-free experience.
